Dino Safari at The Bronx Zoo

We went to the Bronx zoo today and there was a special dinosaur exhibit. It was fun!  The lines were long,  but we made it. Hudson, you were super cute with your friends.  You still love dinosaurs!  Still!!  how many years is it now?   are you going to be a paleontologist?

Hudson you are very into animals and want to look in every glass window at the zoo.  We went to the Tiger exhibit and found out there were only 5000 wild tigers left in the world.  I explained to you what a poacher was and you got a very mad, and said "If I see one kill a tiger,  I'm going to kick their butt!"  You do not like to hear or see animals getting hurt.  You told us in Colorado that if you saw a bear you wanted a tranquilizer gun so that you could shoot him and he would be ok-  he would just sleep while you got away.  You have a beautiful and intelligent heart my love.

4th of July with Great Friends!

Went to Greenwich Country Club with Nick, Whit, Wrigs and Bashie.  Had such a great time with great friends!!   Fireworks were awesome.  You loved them, Hudson.  JH, was scared at first- like really scared - he jumped in my arms crying,  poor baby- and then he was ok after awhile

With Axel and Wrigley.  Wrigley goes by Rigs. You all play at this one park and you always throw huge limbs in the water and you all were playing at the beach one day before summer.

My New Friend, Wrigley

Hudson,

You have become friends with a little boy named Wrigley, who you go to school with. His nickname is Rigs. You all like pirates and dress up and play. His little bother is pictured here. His name is Sebastian and they call him Bash for short.

It's been fun making new friends! I really like Rigs' mom, Whitney. So, it all works

Pumpkin Patch with New Friends!

We went to an apple picking farm and pumpkin patch today with new friends. Well, friends we made since the start of Hudson's school 3 mos ago! It was called Silverman's Farm and it is in Easton, CT. The boy in the picture with you is Axel Hamilton. He's in your class. I really like his mom, Heather. She is my speed and we have so much in common! We also went with a little boy in your class named Wrigley Keyes. I also really like his mom, Whitney. When we got there, they said the apple picking season was over, so that was kind of sad, but you all didn't know the difference. We got to see the apple trees on the hay ride. Henry went on the hay ride and he was such a good boy! We went to the petting zoo and Hudson fed every animal. We had a great day!
