I am blogging for you my Hudson. I was writing a journal, but writing was wearing me out. So, I thought I would journal online. It's easier!

Japanese Maple Leaf Drums 4-17-11
Hudson,
Today you were playing your Japanese Maple Leaf and sticker bush drums. This is one of your favorite drumming spots. You are very creative. The top of the iron stair rail is your microphone, the Japanese Maple Leaf is your cymbal, the sticker bushes are your drums. You jam out and sing your songs. You write your own songs! Your big song right now is, "I don't want to do what you do every single day ay ay ay ..." It's so precious the way you hang on to the end of the word "day." These lyrics seem very fitting for an obstinate boy like you, my love. You told me, "Mamma, you sing and I will play the drums." Then, get this, you told me what to sing, which was, "You're a pretty girl, but you don't know me ee -ee -ee." I swear! Can you believe these lyrics? Too much! You like to sing about pretty girls. You like pretty girls, let's face it.
"Mamma, mamma, you're so pretty," is my favorite!
I love you amore, Mamma
