Hudson,
We made brownies on one of the snow days. We were running out of things to do so we decided to make brownies. You loved this idea! Somebody I know LOVES sweets (Hudson). Your Mommy and Daddy love them too, which may be part of the problem. You can smell them or find them wherever they are. For you, birthday parties equal cake, after school equals a sucker at the pharmacy and church equals a gumball. You are eating way too much candy. To think, your first bite of sweets was your fist birthday. It has snowballed from there. Everyday, Daddy and I say we are cutting way back on candy and sweets. We even tell you that the candy police is going to give us a ticket and I explain to you that eating too many sweets will give you cavities. Heck, you don't seem to care. Plus, they seem to be everywhere and it's hard to keep them away. Thank God you love broccoli and spinach and you have since you were 12 months old. We eat mostly healthy at home. Most of the bad food happens outside of the house.
We made brownies and you ate the batter by the spoonful. You love the batter! Honestly, it is fun to watch you. You re so happy in your chocolate moment. I know someone else who could eat brownie batter by the spoonful (Mamma). Heck, I think we both love it better than the actual baked brownies!
Remember - too much of anything is not good. Moderation my love... The key to life...
I love you my little brownie, Mamma
p.s. You look as good as a brownie. I could eat you up!
